Our ground van service crosses into Canada at the Peace Arch / Douglas Border Crossing in Surrey, BC. From there, we serve every major Canadian province with a dedicated route. Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled vehicle with scheduled rest stops, regular playtime, and feeding at every stage of the journey.
Families in the Maritime provinces — New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland are not covered by our van routes given the distance involved. For these families, our in-cabin pet nanny service detailed in the air delivery section below is the ideal and most comfortable option. Contact us to discuss your specific location and we will put together a personalized delivery plan that works for you.
Route A — British Columbia (Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria, Kelowna)

Route F — Quebec (Montreal, Quebec City, Laval)
Quebec families are best served by our in-cabin pet nanny flight from Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) to Montreal-Trudeau (YUL) via Vancouver or Toronto. Quebec has additional provincial pet import documentation requirements beyond federal CFIA standards and we handle all of this on your behalf. Ground van delivery to Quebec is available by special arrangement for families who request it.
